With many of the properties we have been actively involved in the development with the owner from the outset, meaning the property has been tailored to our clients requirements. The portfolio now includes luxury self-catered chalets and apartments which will suit those looking for flexibility in their holiday as well as luxury catered chalets with a full service team. Our Exclusive Collection showcases some of the very finest properties in the Alps — these are incredible, world class properties, and it is a privilege to be able to offer them to our guests.

OUR SIGNATURE EXPERIENCES

Anyone in hospitality will want their service to shine, but beyond the basics, we have created a number of ‘signature experiences’ which we believe make our holidays truly special. We wanted to elevate our dining experiences beyond that of a typical chalet company and the pinnacle of that is Kaiseki, our showpiece Japanese fine dining restaurant experience. We are also proud of our in-house spa partnership with Bamford — we are the only company in the world to offer their treatment menu in a private property — and given the incredible private spas featuring in many of the chalets, this is an incredible coup for guests choosing to stay with us.

We have been in business since 2011 and work with some of the world’s leading travel brands. As we operate the physical property, we are not exposed to the same risks as a conventional tour operator who is reliant on re-selling third party products. We are also fully registered in both the UK and France and are proud to say that all our seasonal staff are employed on French contracts on terms which fully embrace EU working directives.
