We want your luxury ski holiday to be special – the highlight of your year. But equally, we know that taking a group of ten or more on holiday can be anything but simple… especially when skiing. How will you all travel? Do your friends’ children need lessons? Where will you all meet for lunch? What lift pass is best for your parents who aren’t skiing much? What equipment does everyone need to hire? This can quickly become quite a task and prompt a lot of questions!

TRAVEL

We can offer a range of transport options to resort from regular minibuses to chauffeur services in executive vehicles, all with trusted and reliable transport companies who will ensure your trip is as smooth as possible. Heli-transfers are also possible, which are not only fast and convenient but also afford you the most spectacular views of the Alps.

ESSENTIALS

Lift passes waiting for your arrival is a luxury skiing essential – just select this in our booking portal and we will do the rest. For equipment rental we work with local providers who we vet for the quality of their equipment and the professionalism of their fitting service. Most clients choose to have equipment delivered to their chalet for an in-chalet fitting, so you don’t even need to leave the comfort of your property. Again, simply enter your details online and we will organise the rest.

Our ski instructors and guides are some of the most experienced in the Alps. We can arrange sessions with Olympic athletes or off-piste guiding with military trainers. It’s all about who you know. For more structured tuition we also have excellent relationships with local ski schools who offer a range of group lessons for all ages and abilities.

CHILDREN

We work with some great private nannies, many of whom have experience of working in private households or in other luxury hospitality environments. In most resorts, the Ecole du Ski Francais (ESF) also run ‘Club Piou Piou’ where your little ones can enjoy their first on-snow experience in a safe ‘snow garden’ environment, alongside the warmth of an indoor facility where it’s usually possible for them to have lunch as well.

RESTAURANT

A day on the mountain wouldn’t be complete without lunch in a warm retreat or whilst soaking up the sun on a terrace. Our team knows the best locations and where the best chefs are working each year. If you are looking for something truly special we can even arrange private meals in hidden mountain lodges for a unique Alpine experience.

WINE

We offer an extensive wine list as part of our Catered package, and a variety of carefully curated wine boxes are available in our Luxury Self-Catered properties. For discerning guests we are also able to offer access to an extensive selection of fine wines from other suppliers. We can also work with your team should you wish to ship your own wines or release directly from storage.

DESTINATION MANAGEMENT & EVENTS

Whether you are simply celebrating a special occasion or hosting a large corporate event, our team of local experts can help you put it together in style. We have experience of hosting groups across multiple chalets and arranging successful events, and can help to manage the logistics from the point of travel onwards. For personal events, we have hosted large parties and unique weddings including mountain-top services.
