We know that getting everyone away from their busy lives can be a challenge. If you’re short on time but still want to get out to the mountains with your friends or colleagues we can offer various short breaks throughout the season.
THE SHORTEST TRANSFERS IN THE ALPS
There are a wealth of daily flights to Geneva from regional airports across the UK, as well as the rest of Europe, and both Morzine and Les Gets are just over an hour from Geneva airport, meaning less time in transit and more time on the slopes. We can arrange a driver to meet you at the airport to whisk you to resort in a luxury private vehicle, and for those who are eager to get straight on the slopes, we can even have your private ski technician meet you at the bottom of the slopes to get you booted up and ready to go. Your chalet team will be on hand to assist with the logistics, such as collecting your luggage to take back to the chalet and collecting you from the slopes when you’re ready to head back to the chalet*.
LARGE SKI AREA
The Portes du Soleil is one of the largest linked ski areas in the world, so there really is something for everyone in your group, whatever their ability. It’s unlikely you will ski the same run twice on a short break, unless you really wanted to!
LEAVE THE FINER DETAILS TO US
Our Concierge team is on hand to assist in arranging airport transfers, equipment hire, lift passes, tuition and any other activities for your group, so that you can be ready to hit the slopes with the minimum of fuss. We can recommend some of our favourite mountain lunch spots, the best ski instructors in town (for whatever style of skiing you prefer), and can even help to make special occasions something to remember in years to come; for example you might like to enjoy our signature Japanese fine dining experience, Kaiseki, or we can arrange for a band to play at your chalet**.
SHORT BREAK LENGTHS AND SERVICE
Our luxury short breaks are 3 or 4 nights in length and are charged as a percentage of the full week price, as shown below:
Sun to Wed: 65% of weekly tariff
Sun to Thur: 70% of weekly tariff
Thur to Sun: 75% of weekly tariff
Wed to Sun: 80% of weekly tariff
We don’t compromise on the service for short breaks and you can still expect the same high standards as our clients staying for a full week. The only difference is that the number of catered evenings scales according to the length of your stay. This means that dinner is served on 2 nights of a 3-night stay and on 3 nights of a 4-night stay.
