The properties in our Exclusive Collection are quite simply some of the very best that you will find anywhere in the Alps. They are incredibly spacious — typically in excess of 700m2 with many much larger than this — and boast the most amazing private facilities. Their interiors have been crafted by the world’s leading interior designers with exquisite furnishings used throughout. Put simply, these are exceptional, world class, private residences.
Our Exclusive Catered service plan is a truly indulgent offering with the experience being akin to staying in a luxury hotel and dining out at your favourite restaurant. Your team will typically be made up of our most experienced staff and will include a highly trained professional Chef, a House Manager and several Hosts.
Dining is a major part of the experience and this is started each day with The Breakfast Club, our signature breakfast offering which takes inspiration from the best brunch spots in the city. Access to the lifts and other resort facilities is simple with a private driving service being provided by your team. When you return from the slopes you’ll be able to enjoy afternoon tea and later canapes are served to kick off the evening. A dining plan will be discussed and tailored for your group ahead of your stay but typically we would recommend a mixture of elaborate and more relaxed evenings during the week. A comprehensive drinks selection including a house Champagne, at least 10 house wines, artisan beers and speciality gins are also there for you to enjoy throughout your stay.
You will also be able to access our signature experiences including Kaiseki – our press-acclaimed Japanese fine dining menu – and our unique partnership with Bamford Spa – we have Bamford-trained therapists in-house offering Bamford treatments to all our guests.
As well as this you will be appointed a dedicated pre-arrival concierge manager to help tailor your holiday to your personal specifications.

Our professional chefs come from across Europe and have worked in kitchens around the world. They each have different experiences that influence their own style and menus. In combination with this, we run our own training to teach each of them our signature menus including the Breakfast Club, Southern Soul, Lokum and our showpiece Kaiseki dining experience. WINE
For Southern Soul we wanted to select a chameleon of a wine, something which could provide refreshment from the spice of the jerk prawn rice, that also sat comfortably with the ‘big’ flavours on offer in the accompaniments. Allram Grüner Veltliner Strassertaler was the perfect selection in our eyes, there’s citrus on the nose followed by a spicy pepperiness that’s quite unique in a white wine.
A LA CARTE OPTION
You may also like to try Marquesi di Barolo Peiragal — which is one of our favourite wines from the Langhe region in northern Italy. This is an exquisite example of Barbera d’Alba, a grape full of fruity freshness. 30 EUR
Lokum is our Middle Eastern menu. The flavours are vibrant and bold, infused with the freshness of green herbs. Sharing platters are created to be enjoyed all together, in the Middle Eastern tradition.

WINE
We have chosen a local wine — Quenard Chignin — which is produced on the hills around Chambery. This is wonderfully balanced wine which has a depth of flavour to stand up to the harissa without being so heavy as to sit uncomfortably with the salmon. A subtle sweetness also serves to compliment the orange salsa which is why we think it is a match made in heaven.
A LA CARTE OPTION
You may also like to try Domaine des 2 Roches Pouilly-Fuissé — a classic Chardonnay from southern Burgundy. This has a beautiful richness of creamy, buttery flavours that can’t fail to work with fish. 31 EUR

We are also proud of our in-house spa partnership with Bamford — we are the only company in the world to offer their treatment menu in a private property — and given the incredible private spas featuring in many of the chalets, this is an incredible coup for guests choosing to stay with us.

As we operate the physical property, we are not exposed to the same risks as a conventional tour operator who is reliant on re-selling third party products.
