Some of our smaller properties are available on our Self-Catered package which covers all the essentials — including a personal meet and greet and a mid-week housekeeping service — whilst still giving you the freedom to design your own holiday.

- Meet and Greet from one of our local resort team on your arrival day

- Weekly linen and towel change for guests staying for more than one week

- Online booking area to simplify the management of your stay, making it easier to collect information from your whole group2

Bed & Breakfast

- In our Luxury and Exclusive Collection Properties you will be personally met by your House Manager on arrival
- A delicious continental breakfast each day – in our Boutique Collection properties this will be delivered for you to enjoy at your leisure, in our Luxury and Exclusive Collection properties this will be served by your House Manager
- Housekeeping service every day of your stay
- Linen and towels provided with beds made for your arrival and a mid-week towel change
- Luxury bathroom products from Bamford1
DRIVING SERVICE
- Properties in our Luxury and Exclusive Collections also have access to our driving service to access local lifts and the resort centre from 08:00 to 22:30 every day2
- This service can be added to our Boutique Collection properties at an additional cost
STAFFING IN LUXURY AND EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION PROPERTIES
- For guests staying in an Exclusive or Luxury Collection property you will be supported by a House Manager who will ensure that guests can enjoy all of the chalet’s facilities – typically visiting:
- In the morning to ensure the chalet is setup to enjoy that day
- In the early evening to close down facilities (i.e. pools) as required
- In addition the House Manager will be able to:
- Help make local reservations and plan activities
- Demonstrate the use of chalet equipment
- Maintain spa facilities for the safe enjoyment of guests
CONCIERGE
- Dedicated online booking area to simplify the management of your stay, making it easier to collect information from your whole group
- Guests staying in our Luxury and Exclusive Collection properties also have access to a dedicated Concierge Manager to help arrange your full holiday itinerary including pre-booking of lift passes, airport transfers, instruction and other in-resort activities3
