Chalet Cascades has been designed to make the absolute most of its incredibly picturesque location. Situated with views over the magnificent Dranse valley and the towering Pointe de Nyon, the property is just a stone’s throw from the Telepherique de Nyon and moments from Morzine town centre.
The property is set over three floors, spans 350m² and comfortably sleeps 10+2 guests across 5 fabulous en suite bedrooms. The ground floor is entirely devoted to a stunning open plan living area which includes a stylish kitchen-diner, a very comfortable lounge and a separate bar. Glass sliding doors open out from each area onto a covered wrap-around balcony, affording spectacular views over the aforementioned valley.
The middle floor plays host to 3 en suite bedrooms, each situated to the rear of the property with private balconies overlooking the valley. This is also where you’ll find the large cinema and games room, the perfect place to wind down with a movie after a hard day’s skiing – or simply let the kids hang out.
Heading down to the lower floor, you’ll find the final 2 en suite bedrooms, 1 of which has a twin / double bed and 2 additional bunk beds overhead. Both bedrooms are again towards the rear of the property, with direct access to the rear terrace. There is also a well thought-out gym and sauna area, which leads directly onto the terrace where you’ll find the hot tub and can enjoy the same amazing outlook – perfect for an evening cocktail or glass of bubbles.

The shape and styling of the room sets the perfect ambiance and the large, deep-seated sofa is the perfect spot to snuggle up in front of your favourite blockbuster after a tiring day on the mountain.

The bar area at Chalet Cascades is the perfect place to enjoy your well-earned apres-ski tipple. Positioned in the centre of the open plan living area, with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading out to the amazing covered balcony overlooking the valley. All that’s left to do is mix your favourite cocktail, pop on your apres tunes and relax.

Whether you’re a hot tub or a sauna person, there’s nothing much more sought after than some well earned relaxation time after a big day on the mountain, and fortunately, Chalet Cascades has both. Make your way down to the gym to find the luxurious glass-fronted sauna, or continue out onto the balcony through the glass sliding doors to find the hot tub, which boasts one of the best outlooks going.

LOCATION
Chalet Cascades occupies a scenic location on the outskirts of Morzine towards the beautiful Vallée de la Manche nature reserve. The rear of the property faces out over the valley towards Morzine and enjoys some spectacular mountain views across the Dents Blanches mountain range.
The nearest ski lift is just under 500m away which takes less than a minute by car and Morzine town is around 2 minutes by car or an easy walk.
For those heading to the amazing high-altitude skiing in Avoriaz, the Prodains cable car is around 8 minutes by car or you can take advantage of the local bus route which stops just outside the chalet.

The service is led by a House Manager who will act as a direct point of contact during your stay. Each morning they will lay out a continental breakfast for you to enjoy at your leisure before providing a driving service making it easy for you to get to the slopes. When you return to the property they will ensure that all the facilities are ready for you to use including maintaining the spa and laying up the fireplace ready for the evening. Each evening they can also provide a restaurant taxi service, or simply help you pick up a take-away to enjoy back at the property. The Manager is supported by two Hosts who will provide a daily housekeeping service and also cover the Manager on their days off.
