Service Plans
We design our Service Plans to complement the properties in our portfolio. In some cases properties are available on more than one plan giving guests the freedom to choose the basis on which they make a booking. Guests also have a choice of Rate Plan when booking which you can read about here.
CATERED
Our Catered service plan is our most luxurious offering. Not only does this mean you will benefit from exceptional catering from one of our Professional Chefs, but you will also be looked after by a wider chalet team, which typically will include a House Manager and several Hosts. The service is extremely comprehensive and delivered to exacting standards to complement the luxury chalets in our portfolio.
STAFFING & SERVICE
- Your team will typically include a Chalet Manager, professional Chef and two to three Hosts
- Driving service in luxury vehicles (typically Mercedes Vitos) from 08:00 to 22:30 every day
- Daily housekeeping and hosting service throughout your stay
- Luxury bathroom products from Bamford
DINING
- The Breakfast Club is our signature menu to start the day offering a selection of hot dishes and delicious continental options
- Afternoon Tea including cakes, freshly-made breads and a savoury platter each day
- Luxury dining from your professional chef on 5 evenings which typically we would recommend includes:
- Kaiseki – our exquisite 6-course Japanese fine dining restaurant experience
- Three gourmet dinners – designed just for your group
- One dinner chosen from our international Taste menu
- We can arrange delivery of pre-prepared meals on other nights, should you not wish to dine out
- Pre-arrival menu consultation to customise your dining experience
- Children’s early supper served on 5 evenings (if required)
- Boot room snacks and refreshments
BEVERAGE
- Crémant de Loire or Champagne served throughout the week on-demand
- Selection of at least 8 house wines available throughout your stay
- Gin Bar with various gins and speciality tonic
- Open spirits bar
- Signature Cocktail List curated in-house

CONCIERGE
- Concierge service to help arrange your holiday itinerary including pre-booking of lift passes, airport transfers, instruction and other in-resort activities
- Dedicated online booking area to simplify the management of your stay, making it easier to collect information from your whole group

- Professional and highly experienced team which will typically include a Chalet Manager, professional Chef, Senior Host and at least three chalet Hosts
- Driving service in luxury vehicles (typically Mercedes Vitos) from 08:00 to 22:30 every day, with two vehicles provided during peak hours if your group is more than 8 people
- Daily housekeeping and hosting service throughout your stay
- Luxury bathroom products from Bamford as well as sunscreen and other essentials

- The Breakfast Club is our signature menu to start the day offering a selection of hot dishes and delicious continental options – breakfast is served every day
- Afternoon Tea including cakes, freshly made breads and a savoury platter served each day

LUXURY SELF-CATERED
Many of our properties are also available on our Luxury Self-Catered service plan. This gives guests the freedom to plan their own dining requirements – perhaps mixing meals out in local restaurants with some more casual evenings at ‘home’ – whilst still being supported by a small team of Hosts who will provide a daily housekeeping and driving service. This can be an ideal option for those who feel a fully catered stay is ‘too much’ but still want the support and service level to make it a luxury holiday experience.

SELF-CATERED
Our Self-Catered service plan is specifically for our Self-Catered Portfolio which comprises of our luxury apartments and some smaller – but still highly luxurious – chalets. Whilst the service is far more discrete, you will still benefit from daily housekeeping and access to our pre-arrival concierge making these properties ideal for groups wanting a more independent holiday in the mountains.
